FAQ

Common questions from organisers

For groups over 15 people we recommend 6-8 weeks' notice, especially for peak season (May–September), though we regularly handle shorter timelines.

Every quote itemises accommodation, private transport, guiding fees and any entry tickets, so there are no surprise costs once you confirm.

Once you confirm your itinerary, we'll email you our bank transfer details directly. We don't take payment over the phone, by text, or through an online checkout — see the Payment section above for the full process.

We're available anytime by phone or email and reply shortly — group travel doesn't always happen 9-to-5, so neither do we.

Yes — let us know when you enquire and we'll build these into hotel and restaurant selections from the start.

No — we plan multi-city itineraries across Ireland, including the Wild Atlantic Way, Cork, Galway and Belfast.
